Appointment of a Panel of service providers to provide Internal Fraud Investigation Services to the Government Employees Medical Scheme for a period of one (1) year commencing 01 March 2022, which contract may be annually renewable for a maximum of two (2) more years

Required service description:

Only bidders with a proven minimum of 51% black ownership will be considered for this bid. The rest of the other B-BBEE requirements will be covered in the bid document.
 

Non-compulsory Briefing Session:
Date: 15 December 2021

Time: 13h00 to 14h30

Location: Online via Webex

Prospective service providers are required to notify the relevant person at the respective email address indicated below for this requirement, before 12h00 on 14 December 2021 whether they will attend the briefing session. Bidders will be provided with a link to connect and join the session on confirmation of attendance. Attendees must have their own copies of the bid document in the briefing session.

Queries:

Queries received from Monday, 13 December 2021 till Friday 17 December 2021 at 16h30, will be responded to within the indicated timelines. Query consideration will thereafter only resume on Tuesday 04 January 2022.

The time stipulated is in accordance with Telkom time, available by dialling 1026.

The bid documents can be requested electronically at any time, but will be distributed during office hours which are between 08h00 and 16h30, Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.
